Geodetic Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

• To ensure completion of necessary reconnaissance, relocation, and topographic survey of raw lands for Acquisition and development
• To ensure completion of layout of road network for land development
• To ensure correct layout of units for construction of housing projects
• To ensure correct layout of Meralco pole locations as per Masterplan of Project
• To ensure completion of layout of facilities of Project
• To ensure layout of borehole and test pit locations for soil testing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducts reconnaissance survey of land for acquisition and development

2. Conducts relocation survey of land for acquisition and development

3. Conducts topographic survey of land for acquisition and development

4. Conducts layout of roads for land development.

5. Conducts layout of units to be constructed

6. Conducts layout of boreholes and test pits for soil testing

7. Conducts special survey works required during construction period

Performs other task or special projects related to his/her roles and position within the department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Bachelor's Degree Holder
2. Licensed Geodetic Engineer
3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in surveying and knowledge of Survey Instrument
4. Must be focused, driven, team player

Note: Should be willing to Travel to Batangas or Tarlac
