GE is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati City. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing land and engineering surveys for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key responsibilities include conducting field measurements, operating surveying instruments, preparing survey plans and maps, validating boundary and topographic data, and coordinating with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.

The Geodetic Engineer ensures the accuracy and reliability of survey data to support design, construction, land development, and project implementation. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, reports, computations, and survey records required for permitting, project approvals, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control stations for surveying and construction activities.
  • Conduct construction, topographic, subdivision, and engineering surveys.
  • Perform lot relocation and boundary verification for individual properties.
  • Conduct profile leveling and layout activities for structures, roads, utilities, and other site improvements.
  • Perform computations and plotting of control stations, survey points, and elevations.
  • Prepare and compute subdivision lot data, including the division of properties into parcels of predetermined shapes and sizes.
  • Calculate areas, distances, angles, bearings, and directions based on survey data.
  • Prepare and update base maps, survey plans, and technical drawings.
  • Perform and compute traverse, solar, and other conventional or historical survey data.
  • Conduct solar and stellar observations when required for survey control and verification.
  • Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment, including:
  • Transit and theodolite
  • Automatic level and laser level
  • Electronic Distance Meter (EDM)
  • Geodetic Total Station
  • Other related surveying instruments and equipment
  • Ensure the proper care, maintenance, calibration, and safekeeping of assigned survey equipment and instruments.
  • Conduct actual fieldwork and site inspections for projects under contract to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Review and validate survey results to ensure accuracy and consistency before submission or implementation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other project stakeholders as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain survey reports, technical documents, computations, field notes, and survey records.
  • Ensure that surveying activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, project requirements, and industry standards.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
