We Are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our sales team and become the front end of our sales process.
This is NOT a customer service role.
We are looking for a proper outbound sales professional who knows how to create interest, handle objections, identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book quality appointments.
YOUR ROLE
You Will Contact UK Letting Agencies And Landlords To
- Make outbound cold calls
- Speak confidently with gatekeepers and decision-makers
- Generate genuine curiosity about the service/product
- Identify the right decision-maker
- Ask intelligent qualifying questions
- Handle objections professionally
- Promote our Free Membership
- Book qualified Free Consultations
- Confirm and remind prospects about appointments
- Follow up cancellations and no-shows
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Gather useful sales intelligence
- Follow up prospects and callbacks
- Continuously improve appointment-setting performance
Your job is to create the opportunity and get qualified prospects into the consultation — you don't need to close the entire sale on the initial call.
Who We're Looking For
You must have:
Proven outbound cold-calling experience
Appointment-setting, telesales or telemarketing experience
Strong spoken English
Confidence speaking with businesses and decision makers
Experience handling gatekeepers
Strong objection-handling skills
Excellent listening and questioning skills
Strong follow-up and diary-management skills
Good CRM/data-entry skills
Commercial awareness
