GENERALIST ADMIN

Location: Cebu/Clark/Tarlac/Mandaluyong
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About this role. . .
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Generalist Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members as needed.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications; respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems; ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and catering.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff to support cross-functional activities.
  • Address administrative queries and provide solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
