Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Generalist Accounting Supervisor, based in Pasay. The Generalist Accounting Supervisor will oversee and ensure accuracy in financial statement preparation, monitor accounting operations for fixed assets, and evaluate compliance with financial policies. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, managing financial processes, and coaching junior team members, all while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance principles
• Proficiency in Accounting practices and operations
• Experience in managing Fixed Assets and related processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA designation is a plus)
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
