Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant with solid bookkeeping experience to support a growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking)

  • Maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Support payroll preparation (if needed)

  • Communicate with clients and vendors professionally



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant

  • Background in bookkeeping (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software)

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with US or international clients

  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools

  • Payroll or tax support experience
