Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
- Email/calendar management
- Candidate coordination and interview scheduling
- Receipts, reimbursements, and vendor payment management (client is willing to train)
- General operations support and potential involvement in onboarding customers
Software Tools and Websites Required:
- Email, Slack, Microsoft Office/Excel, internal Hypotenuse AI platform
Speak: No client-facing calls required; only internal coordination.
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
