JOB TITLE: General Virtual Assistant

RATE: Php 238.10 per hour

Work Type:

  • Remote/WFH
  • Part-Time (Approximately 25 hours per week)

Working Hours : 9am - 2pm PST (Must work on client's business hours)

Start Date: TBD

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy General Virtual Assistant to provide day-to-day support across administrative, organizational, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to figure things out independently. This role will work closely with leadership to help manage daily workflows, organize information, and keep tasks moving across multiple areas of the business. This VA will also provide light support to the accounting/admin team on manual or repetitive tasks, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Act as an extension of the client by handling simple day-to-day tasks and operational duties.
  • Review, sort, and organize incoming emails; clean up inboxes and flag/highlight any items needing immediate attention.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments on the client's behalf.
  • Create meeting agendas, clean up meeting notes, organize action items, and track follow-ups.

Support for Accounting/Admin Processes

  • Assist in sorting accounting emails and supporting basic manual workflows.
  • Help organize documentation, maintain digital filing systems, and support MJ with general administrative tasks.

HR, Compliance, and Internal Tracking

  • Add items and updates to the HR system as needed.
  • Help track expiration dates for safety training, certifications, or compliance items.
  • Support asset tracking, record updates, and documentation maintenance.

Organization & Documentation

  • Build and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve internal workflows.
  • Maintain organized digital records, forms, and operational files.

Internal Culture & Support Tasks

  • Prepare and send employee birthday cards, gifts, and other small culture-related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous VA experience in a leadership position
  • Strong technical proficiency; able to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Comfortable handling a wide variety of general administrative tasks.
  • Must be available to work during the client's operating hours.
