Job Overview
The General Trade Shopper Marketing Manager drives shopper-focused initiatives and in-store activation programs that improve visibility, conversion, and category growth across General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop shopper marketing initiatives for GT channels
- Analyze shopper behavior and market opportunities
- Lead in-store activation and merchandising programs
- Support category growth and new product launches
- Create execution standards and sales materials
- Partner with Sales teams to improve retailer execution
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in Shopper or Trade Marketing
- Strong GT execution background required
- FMCG experience highly preferred
