Job Overview
The General Trade Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for leading channel-driven commercial initiatives that support sales growth, category expansion, and retailer engagement across General Trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategies for GT channels
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
- Lead retailer marketing and activation programs
- Develop sell-in presentations and trade materials
- Support national initiatives and category launches
- Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on execution
- Monitor business performance and optimize programs
- Support development of emerging GT channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing
- Strong General Trade experience required
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
