Job Overview
The General Trade Channel Marketing Manager develops and executes channel-specific marketing strategies to strengthen retailer engagement, drive execution, and accelerate growth across General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop GT channel growth strategies and execution plans
- Analyze shopper insights and channel trends
- Create retailer marketing programs and promotions
- Lead sales toolkit and POSM development
- Support category launches and GT activations
- Coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams
- Monitor initiative effectiveness and optimize execution
- Conduct business reviews and post-program assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related course
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Channel or Trade Marketing
- Strong understanding of General Trade operations
- FMCG experience preferred
