General Services Officer & Company Nurse

This role provides healthcare services to IDEMIA's employees

• Provides health services and programs to the organization's employees on company premises
• Maintains and updates the medical recordkeeping system including patient records, medical leaves of absence, etc
• Orders medical supplies, maintains inventory, and records authorizations
• Plans and prepares the doctor's appointment
• Carries out medical examinations of legal origin for IDEMIA's employees on-site
• Provides first-aid in case of emergency and/or redirects employees who are victims of work-related accidents or incidents to the appropriate structures
• Provides medical care to employees in need (in the nurse's field of competency)
• Contributes to local communications on health
• Conducts the full spectrum of activities
