Job description:
PurposeThis role provides healthcare services to IDEMIA's employees
Key Missions- Provides health services and programs to the organization's employees on company premises
- Maintains and updates the medical recordkeeping system including patient records, medical leaves of absence, etc
- Orders medical supplies, maintains inventory, and records authorizations
- Plans and prepares the doctor's appointment
- Carries out medical examinations of legal origin for IDEMIA's employees on-site
- Provides first-aid in case of emergency and/or redirects employees who are victims of work-related accidents or incidents to the appropriate structures
- Provides medical care to employees in need (in the nurse's field of competency)
- Contributes to local communications on health
- Conducts the full spectrum of activities
