General Project Manager

We're Hiring: General Project Manager

Cagayan de Oro City | Onsite | Full-time

We're looking for a General Project Manager who knows how to coordinate the team, control the quality of the output, and stay on top of time and priorities. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and marketers, understand exactly what a client asked for, and get it to the right people, done the right way.

What you'll do

• You own your clients accounts, you know the work inside out and you track every project and timeline closely
• Summarize client meetings and turn them into clear tasks for the right people
• Coordinate across departments so each person knows what to do and why
• Review work before it reaches the client. Catch what's incomplete, off brief, or wrong
• Give clients status updates directly when needed
• Join client meetings when needed and speak for the work directly

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a Project Manager, ideally in an IT or digital marketing agency
• Good with people. You can talk through what's not working and land on a fix, not just flag the problem
• You know how to manage your time well enough to get everything done in a day, without sacrificing quality
• Can tell when something's actually done well versus just looks finished
• Familiarity with web design and development in digital marketing is a plus
• Fluent English, it's how the team works
• Used ClickUp, Monday, or similar
• Bonus if you already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) in your daily work
