GENERAL MANAGER ( TCM / Healthcare )

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall management and operations of a TCM clinic in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee the daily operations and administration of the TCM clinic

. Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans

. Manage clinic finances, budgeting and business performance

. Oversee staff recruitment, training and performance management

. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and business partners

. Develop marketing and customer acquisition strategies

. Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws, regulations and operational requirements

. Manage business development and expansion initiatives

. Liaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders when required

Requirements:

. Degree or equivalent professional qualification

. Minimum 15 years of relevant management or business operations experience

. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

. Experience in healthcare, TCM, wellness or related industries will be an advantage

. Strong business development and management capabilities

. Able to work independently and lead a growing business in Singapore
