We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our cold chain logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to strengthen cold chain logistics operations.
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Champion innovation, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management with a focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, driving process improvements that reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Implement best practices in cold storage and refrigerated transport.
Client & Market Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs proactively and delivering exceptional service.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Ensure all operations meet or exceed regulatory, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Maintain quality management systems and uphold product integrity throughout the cold chain.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of cold chain operations.
- Drive profitability through cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of logistics professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Managerial experience of at least 10 years AND proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in cold chain logistics, with a strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage, transportation, and distribution processes
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role within the logistics industry and with high integrity
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills
