General Manager

This General Manager position is assigned to GAMA PEAK INDUSTRIES, an affiliate company of RS8 MOTO CORP. This is a full-time, on-site executive leadership role based in Isabela, Philippines.

The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overall leadership across business operations. This role oversees multiple functional areas, drives operational excellence, develops high-performing teams, and ensures the achievement of financial and organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to improve business performance, strengthen operational systems, build a culture of accountability, and support the company's long-term growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced business leader who is ready to take ownership, lead with authority, and create measurable business results.

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Business Unit Head, Senior Operations Leader, or equivalent executive leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in business operations, strategic planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, business analysis, KPI management, and profitability improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading organizational change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, FMCG, trading, or related industry experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work on-site in Isabela, Philippines.
