Job Description

Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Business development ensure timely opening of new stores.
Ensure AI is at the forefront when considering growth objectives, allowing the team to operate efficiently without unnecessary headcount.
Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Analyse financial reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
Represent the company in business meetings and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have a strong background leading retail operations.
The GM must be a hands-on operator with a background in store openings, ideally in a company who have experienced rapid growth.
Agile to change and a start-up environment
Strong financial acumen
AI / technology driven
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
