The role is responsible for expanding loan portfolios, improving field productivity, strengthening client acquisition efforts, and ensuring disciplined execution across key customer segments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Portfolio Growth

• Lead the achievement of lending and portfolio growth targets across multiple customer segments.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and repeat business initiatives.

Field Sales Leadership

• Manage and optimize the productivity of field-based sales teams.
• Establish performance standards, monitor execution, and improve conversion rates from prospecting to loan release.

Business Development & Segment Strategy

• Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to target customer segments.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and field personnel.
• Implement structured performance tracking and accountability measures.

Credit & Risk Management

• Balance growth objectives with sound credit evaluation and portfolio quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee efficient field operations, documentation accuracy, and service turnaround times.
• Collaborate closely with support and processing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Profitability & Resource Optimization
