About Kingsman Group

Kingsman Group operates the Metropole and We Clean laundry brands across the Philippines. With approximately 55 branches and an ambitious expansion plan to 100 locations, we are strengthening our leadership team to support the next stage of growth.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who can lead a multi-site operation, improve business performance, strengthen management accountability, and help drive sustainable expansion.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Group, ensuring all departments work together efficiently while maintaining high standards of service, profitability, and operational excellence.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable reviewing financial performance, coaching managers, visiting branches, solving operational issues, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Lead the overall operations and performance of Kingsman Group.
• Translate business objectives into operational plans and measurable results.
• Drive continuous improvement across all departments.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance throughout the organisation
• Strong and efficient decisions maker

Commercial & Business Growth

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support revenue growth, customer retention, and brand development.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Support the successful expansion of new branches and business opportunities.

Operations & Procurement

• Ensure consistent service quality, productivity, and operational excellence across all branches.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing, supplier performance, and uninterrupted operations.
• Standardiser procedures and strengthen operational discipline throughout the Group.

Finance

• Take ownership of revenue, profitability, budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Review financial and operational reports to support sound business decisions.
• Work closely with Finance to strengthen financial controls and improve business performance.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and senior managers across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and Expansion.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability across all departments.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience, including leadership of multi-site or multi-branch operations.
• Proven success managing business performance, budgets, KPIs, and large operational teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel regularly between company locations.

Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, logistics, manufacturing, laundry, or other multi-site service industries will be highly regarded.
