Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all departments including operations, sales, finance, compliance, and customer service.
Ensure smooth execution of customs brokerage, logistics, and freight forwarding services.
Implement and monitor ISO standards to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Represent the company in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Define and execute the overall operations strategy aligned with company growth targets
Design scalable operational structures (teams, workflows, systems)
Establish performance frameworks and long-term KPIs across all operational units
- Operational Excellence & Systems
Build and institutionalize SOPs, control systems, and process standardization
Drive continuous improvement (efficiency, turnaround time, cost optimization)
Oversee implementation of technology, automation, and data systems for operations
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full regulatory compliance across all shipments (BOC, FDA, DA, and other agencies)
Develop risk mitigation frameworks to reduce penalties, delays, and operational exposure
Act as escalation authority for high-risk or complex shipments
- Cross-Functional Integration
Align Operations with Finance (billing, cost control, profitability tracking)
Work with Sales/BD to ensure operational feasibility and proper client onboarding
Ensure seamless coordination between departments to eliminate silos
- Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, lead, and mentor operations managers and team leads
Establish accountability structures and performance management systems
Drive a high-performance, process-driven culture
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments.
Knowledgeable in ISO standards and quality management systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Chinese Hokkien or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Graduate of La Salle, Ateneo, UP, or international schools.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Must be 37 years old or below.
Willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
