Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the full operations of an institution in Cebu. The GM will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction, while coordinating with executive leadership and external partners. This role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with strong operational, financial, and people-management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Full accountability for all aspects of the operations
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and performance standards across all departments
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Strategic & Financial Management


  • Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue, profitability, and performance targets
  • Monitor key operational and financial metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning

Team Leadership & Development


  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams
  • Promote a high-performance culture with accountability and engagement
  • Implement talent retention, succession planning, and training initiatives

Stakeholder & Partner Management


  • Act as primary liaison with executive leadership, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support operational and strategic goals
  • Represent the property in external engagements and professional networks

Growth & Performance Initiatives


  • Drive strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance
  • Support initiatives to expand market presence, revenue streams, and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and innovation

Ideal Profile


  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
  • Proven track record in general management and full operational responsibility
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-department P&L
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and operationally hands-on
