Job Description

We are currently looking for a General Manager with extensive experience in Glass Manufacturing who can provide strong strategic, commercial, operational, and people leadership.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can drive plant performance, operational excellence, profitability, and long-term business growth.

THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the plant and business operations, working closely with the Chairman, Owner, and senior management to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for:

- 10–15+ years of manufacturing experience, with significant exposure to Glass Manufacturing

- Proven experience in Plant Management, Operations, or General Management

- Strong expertise in furnace amp; melting, forming, production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and energy management

- Strong P&L, financial, cost, and commercial management experience

- Proven ability to lead a large workforce and drive productivity, operational excellence, and profitability.

- Strong strategic, analytical, decision-making, and people leadership skills.
