General Manager E-Commerce

Patriot Threads is looking for a remote, part-time General Manager – E-Commerce to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation, management, and growth of our online apparel business.

This is a results-focused position. The General Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the website, optimizing product pages, developing promotions, conducting affiliate and influencer outreach, identifying conversion problems, managing projects, recruiting and managing additional team members when needed, and finding new ways to generate consistent revenue.

A major requirement of this position is generating 3–5 legitimate customer sales every week. The person hired should be comfortable being held accountable for measurable sales results and should be capable of testing different strategies when current methods are not working.

The General Manager will have significant freedom to make normal day-to-day business decisions and may recruit or hire people on behalf of Patriot Threads without needing approval for every individual hire. However, Patriot Threads will not pay additional workers, contractors, services, advertising, software, or other expenses unless the owner approves the expense beforehand.

The General Manager will not receive access to the owner's personal social-media accounts, personal banking information, credit cards, or other personal financial accounts.

We are looking for someone who is independent, organized, experienced with e-commerce, and capable of solving problems without needing constant step-by-step instructions. Experience with Fourthwall, Shopify, print-on-demand, conversion-rate optimization, affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, SEO, sales, and website management is preferred.

Pay: $4.00 USD per hour

Schedule: Remote, Part-Time

Required Sales Performance: 3–5 legitimate customer sales per week
