Position: Deputy General Manager- HR, Legal, Admin, BOIT, Finance, Accounting, and Taxation.
Location: Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or any other related fields
o Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields o Proven work experience of more than 5+ years managing business units o Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing or any other related fields
o Must have been an HR Manager or Finance Manager in a Company
o Advanced proficiency in MS Office and management software
o Strong leadership and team management abilities
o Skilled in coaching, motivating, and guiding employees
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
o Reliable and goal-oriented, ensuring targets are met
o Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills
o Solid math and technical proficiency
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Flexible and willing to travel or work overtime when required

The team is looking for a Deputy General Manager to oversee HR, Legal, Admin, BOIT, Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional management skills, They must be capable of driving performance, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency across all departments while collaborating with senior management to achieve company goals.

Strategic alignment with the CEO and COO o Ensure alignment with the CEO and COO on key business goals, vision, and strategic priorities. Achieve clear communication channels and a shared vision between executive leadership and your team. Document key strategic initiatives and ensure their integration into daily operations.
Acting as General Manager
Take on responsibilities typically handled by the General Manager, even when they are onsite, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and decision-making in their absence.
Demonstrate leadership and decision-making abilities in the absence of the GM. Successfully handle key issues, support team members, and maintain operational continuity. You'll need to effectively manage the operations, solve problems, and be a point of contact for important matters. o Establishing and Monitoring KPls
Implement, monitor, and adjust Key Performance Indicators (KPls) to track performance and ensure business objectives are being met. You'll be responsible for creating clear benchmarks and regularly assessing outcomes.
Set measurable KPIs that align with the company's goals and regularly report progress. Establish a system to monitor and adjust these KPls based on performance trends, ensuring continuous improvement.
