General Manager, Business Process Management

• Defineand Lead global business process governance, standardization, and continuousimprovement across regions and functions
• Establish enterprise operating models,governance frameworks, and KPI structures to drive operational excellence andscalability
• Partner with executive leadership andother business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic businesspriorities by identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvementopportunities
• Lead cross-functional transformationprograms across global, ensuring alignment, adoption, and execution excellence
• Drive change management, training, andprocess adoption initiatives across global teams
• Drive digital transformationinitiatives including ERP (SAP), automation, system integration, and workflowoptimization

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of relevant working experience, in the domains of ContinuousImprovement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Management and/or ChangeManagement
• Provenexperience with process improvement and design
• Knowledge of Shipping would be anadvantage
• Good understanding of change management and how to enact it
• Abilityto train others
