THIS IS AN IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP ROLE. HERE'S WHY: 

  • We need someone with a CPA license and 5+ years of accounting leadership experience to guide a growing team and drive high-quality financial outcomes. 
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records across multiple entities. 
  • You'll lead critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities that directly influence business reporting and decision-making. 
  • Your General Ledger expertise will help strengthen controls, improve processes, and elevate accounting operations. 
  • You'll navigate complex financial data, resolve issues proactively, and provide insights that support sound financial management. 
  • You'll partner with stakeholders across countries, functions, and leadership levels to ensure alignment and reporting excellence. 
  • You'll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture within a fast-paced, global shared services environment.

  • General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  • Financial Close & Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account analysis across multiple entities. 
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage audit requirements and uphold accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting obligations. 
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of the General Ledger team while ensuring high-quality deliverables. 
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence. 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE 

  • This is an onsite work for 3 months and will transition to a hybrid set-up after passing your 3rd-month review: 3 days WFH, 2 days RTO 
  • Located in Robinsons Zeta Tower in Bridgetowne, QC 
  • This role is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM PH Time
