Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Ledger Accountant based in Quezon City, responsible for maintaining the general ledger, managing the month-end closing process, and performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. The role provides financial reporting support, handles tax computation and reporting, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Additional responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, systems and data management, and maintaining audit and documentation readiness, while continuously improving accounting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance
• CPA license is preferred but not always required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience accounting experience (preferable in general ledger or financial reporting)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting systems, account reconciliation and journal entry preparation
• High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
