General Ledger Accountant

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for general ledger management within the Finance Department. Key responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate financial accounting activities across all company entities to ensure standardized accounting processes and accurate financial data.
2. Review and post accounting vouchers, organize monthly and annual closing activities, and participate in the preparation and review of financial reports.
3. Implement and ensure compliance with accounting policies, continuously optimize accounting processes, and maintain the integrity and standardization of the accounting system.
4. Analyze and utilize accounting data to identify operational and tax risks and provide professional recommendations.
5. Assist in tax compliance management, coordinate and communicate with external regulatory authorities and audit firms, and collaborate with suppliers and business partners on relevant financial matters.
6. Perform other important duties and assignments authorized or delegated by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience in the telecommunications industry. Overseas work experience is preferred.
3. High standards of professional ethics; familiar with relevant financial management policies, regulations, and the company's financial management policies and procedures. Familiar with financial accounting and general accounting processes, with knowledge of local financial and tax laws and regulations in the Philippines.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
5. Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in English in daily work. Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
