Job Overview

They are looking for a seasoned General Ledger Accountant - Cash Management will manage daily bank reconciliation activities for business units in UK and Europe. This detail-oriented and analytical person will be responsible for comparing internal financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and ensuring proper cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing daily bank reconciliations
• Monitoring cash balances and reporting variances
• Recording bank transactions, fees, and interest
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies with banks and internal teams
• Preparing reports and financial analyses as needed
• Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
• At least 3 years of solid experience in cash/bank reconciliation
• Experience in a computerized accounting environment
• Preferably with Shared Services organization background
