What You'll Do
- Advise clients on pre-renewals and renewals verbally and via email/phone, responding within 24 hours where possible.
- Liaise with Team Leader on technical queries before responding.
- Keep accurate file notes of all communications and decisions.
- Renewals & Policy Management
- Re-market renewals to at least three markets for manual policies.
- Review coverage, premiums, excess, and conditions, negotiating with insurers as needed.
- Record outcomes via electronic platforms and demonstrate broking efforts to clients.
- Assist the claims team and act as first point of contact for clients.
- Set clear expectations and guide clients through claims processes.
- Follow Team Leader directives and adapt to changing workloads.
- Support colleagues, contribute to office duties, and maintain professionalism and courtesy.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Tier 2 qualification, working towards Tier 1.
- Experience in insurance broking or administrative support within a financial services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), Adobe, and broking systems such as Insight and Winbeat.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Knowledge of RG 271 and industry compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Work Set Up
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT), hybrid setup 2 days in the office.
