General Counsel / VP Legal | Singapore | Regional APAC

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing data center platform that is expanding rapidly across multiple markets. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a General Counsel / VP Legal to build and lead the legal function.

This is a highly strategic role, working closely with the executive leadership team across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including:

Infrastructure & real estate transactions

Construction / EPC contracts

Commercial agreements and customer contracts

Corporate governance & compliance

Strategic investments and partnerships

Building and leading the in-house legal function

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in:

• Energy & utilities
• Real estate
• Construction / EPC
• Other large-scale capital projects

Location: Singapore (Regional APAC scope)
