Job Description

Company: PJ Link Language Center

Location: Makati (On-site)

Work Type: Regular Employment

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Coordination
  • Source candidates through platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screenings and assist in scheduling interviews with management
  • Coordinate closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Support demo classes and application processes for teaching applicants
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in organizing, printing, and compiling learning materials for the Nihongo and ESL departments
  • Support onboarding processes (documentation, coordination, and communication)
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Coordinator (e.g., documentation, basic coordination, and assistance with financial records)
  • Assist in procurement processes (sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating delivery of office and training materials)
  • Perform legwork such as bank transactions, document submissions, and coordination with external partners/agencies
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management or program coordinators
  • Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain records of applicants, hiring progress, and reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
  • Assist in maintaining schedules and supporting daily office operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills (English is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable using online platforms (JobStreet, social media, MS Office/Google Workspace)
