General Accounting Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant located in Makati. The General Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analyzing budgets; and performing general bookkeeping. The individual will also assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with reporting requirements, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management
• Ability to prepare accurate tax returns and compliance reports
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
