GENERAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Oversees general accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis. The GA supervisor will also supervise the General Accounting Section.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Review General Ledger transactions and operating expenses.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Handle Oracle month-end closing and journal entries.
• Prepare audit requirements and supporting documents.
• Supervise accruals, asset management, and accounting reports.
• Supervise and evaluate the General Accounting team.
• Maintain and update books of accounts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Extensive general accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Oracle or ERP system proficiency a plus
