Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Taguig for a General Accounting Supervisor. The General Accounting Supervisor will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Responsibilities include managing fixed assets, performing account reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and supervising the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. The role also involves contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Expertise in Finance, Fixed Assets management, and related processes
• Proficiency in Accounting principles, standards, and software tools
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating financial information and identifying trends
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in similar roles and familiarity with relevant Philippine regulations are preferred
