Oversee and manage the accounting team by delegating work, offering chances for growth and development, and doing performance reviews.
In charge of overseeing the creation of budgets, reports, and financial statements, making sure they are accurate and compliant with legal and accounting standards.
Oversee the month-end and year-end close procedures, which encompass financial analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Examine and evaluate financial information to find patterns, outliers, and potential areas of development.
Create and put into place internal controls, accounting rules, and processes to protect business assets and guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Work together to support corporate goals and activities with other departments, including finance, operations, and human resources.
Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders about accounting-related issues.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
At least 3 5 years of accounting supervisor experience.
Must have an experience in Bookkeeping, General Ledger, AP & AR
Solid understanding of accounting rules, standards, and principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting applications.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
