We are seeking a versatile, highly analytical General Accounting Specialist to manage core financial sub-ledgers across multiple international corporate facilities. This unique role bridges comprehensive transactional accounting, combining full-cycle Accounts Payable validation, Fixed Assets life-cycle management, and high-volume Accounts Receivable billing operations. Operating completely remotely on a US-aligned night shift, you will work hand-in-hand with finance management to ensure airtight documentation, accelerate month-end closing procedures, and drive ledger accuracy.

Your Impact

• Accounts Payable & Vendor Control: Support end-to-end accounts payable workflows, driving accurate invoice reviews, structural general ledger (GL) coding, payment entries, and systematic vendor onboarding and data maintenance.

• AR Invoicing & Revenue Management: Prepare, validate, and issue precise customer invoices on strict timelines, while actively monitoring sub-ledger aging reports to resolve collection discrepancies.

• Fixed Asset Sub-Ledger Ownership: Coordinate fixed asset records by tracking capital additions, processing asset disposals, and calculating recurring monthly depreciation schedules.

• Cash Application & Reconciliations: Perform daily cash applications, investigate transactional anomalies, and execute thorough bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Month-End & Audit Readiness: Support the complete month-end closing lifecycle by recording standard journal entries, organizing evidentiary audit workpapers, and enforcing strict compliance with internal accounting procedures.

What You Bring

• The Experience:2 to 5 years of solid accounting experience with a specialized focus covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing, or general corporate ledger maintenance.

• Technical Asset Mastery: Practical familiarity with Fixed Asset Accounting concepts (depreciation methods, capitalization parameters, asset tracking) is highly preferred.

• Software Competency: Highly proficient with MS Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions) and a strong ability to adapt swiftly to complex corporate accounting software ecosystems.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and the capacity to balance multiple sub-ledger deadlines concurrently within a fast-paced environment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate cleanly with cross-functional corporate teams and international vendors.
