General Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general accounting such as balances,accruals prepayments, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents required by the internal and external audit.
• File taxes, licenses, fees, and monitor tax and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• With 4-5 years of experience in general accounting preferably in Shared Service/International/BPO industries.
• Knowledgeable in JDE/Service Now/Oracle/Insight or other accounting software
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City (might relocate to Makati/Taguig this year or next year)
