ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a General Accounting Manager to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function of our fast-growing, multi-brand restaurant group.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all restaurant stores, commissary operations, and corporate entities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the full month-end close for stores, commissary, and corporate entities
- Ensure balance sheet integrity, clean reconciliations, and strong internal controls
- Manage and maintain the Chart of Accounts across all brands
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, CAPEX, and entries for store openings and renovations
- Validate store revenues, discounts, expenses, and inventory results
- Drive process improvement and automation using SAP Business One, Excel, and Power BI
- Lead, coach, and develop the R2R / General Accounting team
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support operational and financial accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- CPA preferred, with a strong accounting and financial reporting background
- At least 5 years of experience in a Managerial or Assistant Manager role
- Experience from a known audit firm is highly preferred (Big 4 or reputable local audit firms)
- Strong background in general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to lead and manage accounting teams
- Proficient in SAP Business One, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, onsite operations
