Intellflow Management Consulting is urgently seeking aGeneral Accounting Staffto be assigned to one of our clients in Sucat, Paraaque. This is a direct-hire opportunity for candidates with solid accounting experience and the ability to work independently

Job Summary

The General Accounting Staff will support daily and monthly financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and documentation. This role plays a key part in month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end closing activities in accordance with the accounting calendar.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of all month-end deliverables.
• Prepare and reconcile bank transactions and related financial items.
• Extract data and generate internal and external reports as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including digital archiving.
• Escalate unresolved or unclear matters to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Provide ad hoc support and participate in finance-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 23 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, taxation and general accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
