General Accounting Associate

Job Summary

We are in urgent need of a detail-oriented, reliable and analytical accountant that can work independently or as part of our growing team.

Core Responsibilities

-Handle/Monitor accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.

-Reconcile accounts/financials and supporting schedules

-Assist in month-end FS closing procedures

-Ensure accurate/timely compliances with BIR and SEC

-Payroll and other salary-related compliances i.e. SSS, HDMF, PHIC

-Support Finance head in all finance/accounting-related processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• With 2 to 4 years in accounting/finance-related work
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in work
• Strong understanding of Finance, with experience in handling Accounting Software
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards is advantageous
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to support financial data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance-related role is a plus
• Proven experience in payroll
