Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable General Accounting Assistant to support our Finance team. The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Key functions include preparing bank reconciliations, maintaining balance sheet schedules, and assisting in month-end closing activities in line with the accounting calendar. The position also ensures proper organization and digital archiving of financial records, provides ad hoc support, and contributes to finance-related projects to help maintain efficient and compliant accounting operations.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any accounting-related course
Preferably with at least 1–2 years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and relevant accounting software
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
