About The Role
Responsible for managing and analyzing a wide range of financial transactions related to
vehicle revenues and costs/revenue-related expenses, collateral businesses, gross profit
analysis, accounts receivable, inventories, customer's deposits, related payables,
compliance, and reconciliations. Additionally, this position will play a key role in process
alignment, transformation, and systems optimization initiatives. This role have a strong
foundation in accounting principles, attention to details, and the ability to contribute to the
overall financial health and efficiency of the organization.
Key Functions
Financial Management and Reporting
- Analyze/reconcile Vehicle Sales book, Inventories and Cost of Sales; collateral revenue and cost; Accounts receivables and customer's deposit to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare vehicle related reports – Vehicle statistics for FS, Top Producer, Commission/Incentives, inventory schedule
Risk Management and Compliance
- Prepare Inventory variance report and coordinate with Operations for reconciliation
- Submission of Official Register Book (ORB) on time
Systems Development and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the Information Technology Department to improve financial management systems and processes.
- Implement automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data reliability.
- Ensure streamlined financial processes to minimize manual interventions.
Qualifications
- Accounting related courses
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience as Accounting Assistant
