Job Description

  • Review invoice and purchase contracts before signing and create payment request
  • Check the Odoo General Accounting module
  • Verify and issue sales invoices
  • Handle bank-related documents
  • Properly account for all transactions arising
  • Record payroll based on data from the C&B department
  • Reconcile fixed assets and reports on receivables, payables, and tax accounts
  • Process VAT closing at the end of the period.
  • Provide documents and explanations for auditing
  • Prepare tax reports & annual settlement: VAT, PIT, WHT CIT, DST,
  • Update, research and propose tax and accounting solutions upon request
  • Control the company's legal documents.
  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy
  • At least 13 years of relevant experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations (BIR filings, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
  • Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards or PFRS).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
