General Accountant

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• BS Accountancy graduate
• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, taxation, or external audit
• Candidates with at least two busy seasons of external audit experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and regulatory agencies
• Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation, filing, and reconciliation of taxes
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee account reconciliations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
