General Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for a General Accountant. The role involves performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The General Accountant will also perform financial analyses, assist with budgeting, and provide insights to support business decision-making. Collaboration and communication with both clients and team members are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of tax filing and compliance regulations
• Expertise in accounts payable and receivable management
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Apps such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint and Google Workspace such as Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 1.5+ years of experience in handling bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Fresh Graduate / Fresh CPA Passer are also welcome
