You own the financial accuracy and transactional integrity for a US-based food industry partner, ensuring the financial engine remains precise and audit-ready. Your role operates through the end-to-end management of daily transaction posting, rigorous reconciliations, and the maintenance of the chart of accounts.

This is not a passive data-entry role. You are responsible for driving reporting and analysis using advanced Excel frameworks and coordinating accounts payable/receivable processes across the organization. Best suited for accounting professionals who thrive in structured night-shift environments, value data integrity in QuickBooks Online, and prefer clear, measurable delivery standards over ambiguity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Payroll processing experience using Paychex
• A solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Prior exposure to financial planning and analysis

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with Harri platform
• Demonstrated capability in cost tracking and vendor coordination
• Previous night shift working experience is essential

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Financial Control & Transaction Management

You own the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring every transaction is captured and categorized against the correct accounts.

• Execute daily posting of transactions and maintain an accurate Chart of Accounts
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure 100% data integrity
• Monitor cost tracking and coordinate with vendors to manage payables effectively

Payroll & Compliance

You ensure that payroll operations are seamless and comply with North American standards.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Paychex
• Support accounts receivable cycles to maintain consistent cash flow
• Ensure all financial activities align with the client's internal supply chain protocols

Reporting & Analysis

You translate raw financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain precise financial reports using advanced Excel modeling
• Support financial planning activities to assist in business growth and scaling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial outputs with operational needs
