Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related field
CPA license is an advantage
Experience
13 years experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
Experience in AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS/IFRS)
Familiarity with BIR compliance (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, alphalist)
Experience in preparing financial statements
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
Other Qualifications
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
