General Accountant

Role

General Accountant, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Retail and Jasbe Order support
• AP and AR invoice data entry
• Basic bookkeeping
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP and AR.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve any payment or invoicing issues.
• Support an Australian (AU) campaign by providing financial and transaction-related assistance.
• Prepare and present financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in supporting Australian campaigns or working with Australian clients is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
