We're looking for a Gemini Enterprise Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, cloud engineers, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-powered applications that transform business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Gemini Enterprise solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and AI agent solutions.
- Integrate Gemini Enterprise with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, APIs, cloud storage, and other enterprise systems.
- Build secure data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and search experiences.
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), role-based access controls, and AI governance best practices.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI search quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Create technical documentation and provide training to administrators and end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Software Development, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Application Implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
- Strong experience integrating applications with REST APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third-party systems.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following:
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Go
- Knowledge of:

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings

- Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, logging, and monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gemini Enterprise, Gemini APIs, Vertex AI, or Vertex AI Search.
- Experience building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
- Experience integrating Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, or Generative AI Leader) are a plus.
